Staging Consultations


A walk-and-talk style consultation will leave you with a detailed personalized to-do list of things that will maximize your home’s appeal. You will receive valuable, objective, and honest advice on what buyers are looking for now and how to achieve that specifically in your home. 

A typical consultation covers:

  • Rearrangement and/or removal of furniture

  • What to pack up before you list your home

  • Specific repairs and cleaning suggestions

  • Curb appeal suggestions

  • Decluttering specifics

  • Artwork and accessory suggestions

  • Lighting fixes

  • Window treatment advice

  • Paint color recomendations (up to 4 colors)
