Rivertowns Staging & Design creates changes that appeal to buyers so that your home will sell faster and for more money.

Occupied homes

Occupied home staging is for homeowners who are living in their home while it is on the market and typically uses most of the homeowner's furniture and accessories.

Rivertowns Staging & Design edits the homeowner's items, and adds updated accessories, artwork, rugs and possibly some furniture. These new items will either be rented from our inventory or bought specifically for the homeowner to keep and take to their new home, depending on the situation.

For many homeowners, this is the best option since it allows you to live in your home until you sell it.

Vacant Homes

Any home without furniture is considered vacant. Rivertowns Staging & Design brings in all the furniture, accessories and artwork needed.

Sometimes a full house is staged, sometimes just a few rooms. This option offers the most dramatic impact and can completely transform a home to best appeal to buyers.

Staged homes sell quicker than empty homes so this often is the best option to target buyers.

Staging Consultations

A walk-and-talk style consultation will leave you with a detailed personalized to-do list of things that will maximize your home’s appeal. You will receive valuable, objective, and honest advice on what buyers are looking for now and how to achieve that specifically in your home.

A typical consultation covers:

  • Rearrangement and/or removal of furniture
  • What to pack up before you list your home
  • Specific repairs and cleaning suggestions
  • Curb appeal suggestions
  •  Decluttering specifics
  •  Artwork and accessory suggestions
  • Lighting fixes
  • Window treatment advice
  • Cosmetic changes
  • Minor renovation recommendations if applicable

We accepted one of multiple over-list offers just two weeks after we put the house up for sale. We would absolutely hire Rivertowns Staging again and highly recommend Karen!
